Pair's will be sold as pairs shown Mixing and matching is not an option.
Sex is believed correct but not guaranteed. In the event one or more of your purchases has been sexed incorrectly no exchange will be offered.
The £40 per pair sales section of the Louella web site will be updated frequently. Louella will not offer you similar pairs to the ones featured on sale although it is likely that similar combinations will be offered from time to time. Eg. Should there be a Black Jules Severi Cock offered together with a Blue Severi hen that you would have liked but were previously sold, Louella will not offer a similar pair.
In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with one or more of your purchases, the whole order, not part of, will be collected by Louella and any carriage charges are payable by the purchaser both ways.
Pairs can be reserved against full payment and collected from Louella on Sundays only from 10.30am untill 12.30pm.
Each pair is examined by the Massarella Bros. and any minor imperfections such as a wave or dented keel, stocking feet, small, large or frill will be highlighted in the details of that lot. Strong or very strong for example means it’s build is over medium and would require a mate to compensate.
Whilst processing your order Louella will promise to secure your chosen lot/s to the best of our staff’s ability but occasionally human error occurs, additionally the failure of our on line payment system might result in the purchaser missing the selected pair/s of your choice. Should this situation arise Louella will offer alternative stock. However, Louella will not promise or imply to offer a pair/s of similar build or colour.
